Greystone Construction Ltd. was founded by a team of people involved within the construction industry for more than 15 years. GCL has performed general contracting services in a wide variety of settings since its inception and operates throughout the United Kingdom. GCL is a rapidly growing company carrying out formwork, falsework and reinforced concrete structures within the industry. We work with wet concrete as well as precast concrete. We employ Contract Managers, Joiners/Carpenters, Shuttering Joiners, Steel Fixers, Concrete Finisher’s and Plant Operators. At GCL we believe in training and promoting knowledge based solutions that can complement and add real value to a client’s construction project. We have a very committed and reliable team of many operatives and trained Supervisors. We have ensured that everyone is sufficiently trained so that at a minimum are CSCS, PASMA and IPAF trained. As industry standards are constantly being reviewed and updated, to keep pace with this currently providing NVQ level 2 training to our workforce.
We have worked with well-established construction companies including Gallagher Group, McGee Group, McClaren Construction, BAM, Balfour Beatty, Andrew Scott’s, Stephenson Group, STAR Construction Ltd, Hampsey Ltd, Careys Plc, Barroerock, North Midland Construction, David Ashley Construction, Readie Construction Limited and many more.
We have worked with STAM Construction Ltd on several water treatment plants for Severn Trent Water and are currently working with them to deliver the improvements needed at Ambergate Service Reservoir. Main construction activities started in May 2014, and will continue until spring 2018. The project is being carried out with Laing O’Rourke and North Midland Construction Ltd as the principle contractors.
Greystone Construction have completed a (30,000 m2) trailer park yard slabs at Sittingbourne. GCL supplied Joiners, Steel Fixers, Concrete Finishers and Labourers for the development. The project is being carried out with Gallagher Construction Ltd and The Clugston Group as the principle contractors. We understand that many projects need to be completed within a specific time-scale. Feel rest assured as we have extensive experience of working toward deadlines whilst still ensuring that we deliver a high standard of service at competitive prices. We are also currently completing (Approx. 18,000 m2) Yard Slabs and (Approx. 4000 m2) Office Slab at Prologis Park, Marston Gate, Bedfordshire for Readie Construction Ltd as the principle contractor. Also undergoing works at Project ANT at Tilbury for McLaren Construction approx. value of £2miIIion.
We carry out all types of infrastructure projects, on price work or day work basis. (Rates are available upon request).
It is imperative to us that we treat every project with dedication and commitment further this we have currently secured contracts with Readie Construction Ltd and McLaren Construction Limited as their preferred subcontractor for both internal/ external concrete works.
